The Easiest Way To Know What You Are Attracting

  • Welcome to the Think Blissful blog and podcast, where we simplify the law of attraction!
  • Today we are going to cover how you know what you are attracting
  • There are two ways to tell what you are attracting. Pre-manifestation, post-manifestation
  • It would be ideal to understand what’s going on with our point of attraction before we manifest, but know that it’s also important if we found out after we manifested it. There is an understanding that can help you hone in easier to pre-manifestation.
  • The Easiest Way To Know What You Are Attracting is to pay attention to how you feel
  • While you are thinking the thought
  • Two sides of the subject… and we often teeter-toter back and forth watering down our manifesting power
  • It’s about how you feel, not what you say
  • When I say it’s about how you feel, I am referring to your emotions, not your physical feeling
  • It’s not always easy to change your thoughts, especially when there’s momentum built up
  • How you feel is what you get
  • The law of attraction is responding, not to how you feel, but to your vibration
  • And how you feel is an expression of that vibration
  • People often ask me: How do I use the law of attraction? You don’t use the law of attraction, the law of attraction uses you – more specifically your vibration – your vibrational output
  • Here’s the simplest way to understand what you are attracting: How do you feel right now?
  • If you feel good, you’re attracting what you want.
  • If you feel bad, you’re attracting what you don’t want.

Getting Back On Track With The Law Of Attraction

  • Welcome to the Think Blissful blog and podcast, where we simplify the law of attraction!
  • It’s been a while, so this episode is about getting back on track – that’s for you getting back on track and me getting back on track!
  • I want to thank you for listening, and I want to thank those of you who have been asking me to come back
  • It’s because of you that I am here
  • In this episode, we cover…
    • The law of attraction is responding to your vibration, not your words
    • How you feel is an expression of that vibration
    • How you feel is what you get
    • What you put your attention on expands
    • The simplest way to understand what you are attracting is by paying attention to how you feel (I am referring to your emotions, not physical feelings)
    • So how do you feel right now?
  • Are you…
    • Irritable, pissy, grumpy
    • Eager and excited
  • Here’s what you can do…
    • Ask yourself: What was the best part of your day?
    • How did it feel when you answered that question?
    • The point here is to find a way to “feel” your way to a better place
  • People generally try to speak what they want into reality, and that is just not possible
  • You must feel what you want into reality
  • Find things that already feel good – easy existing things
  • Play with it
  • You cannot put your attention on where you are and expect to get where you want to be
  • Where you are feels different than where you want to be
  • To manifest, you have to think your way there, and you know by how you feel. Our thoughts become vibrations
  • Manifestation: Here’s the general process of manifestation
    • Thoughts > vibrations > emotions >> ideas > evidence > rendezvous > things > money > all kinds of things and events
    • Emotions are your first manifestation, after that anything can happen
  • When you notice a result, stop and pay attention and take note to yourself that you did that!
  • Realizing that you made it happen is an important step!!

  • Awareness is key here because your emotions are indicators of your point of attraction
  • Your emotions indicate whether you are attracting what you want, or if you are attracting that which you do not want
  • Your emotions also indicate the strength of that vibration (attraction)
  • So yes, you’ll need to know what your emotions are telling you
  • Once you understand what’s going on with your point of attraction, you’ll then be in a position to make a change when you find you are not attracting things you want

  • We cover the importance of your thoughts
  • It’s not always easy to change your thoughts, especially when there is a strong, lingering issue that you wish to change
  • We cover what it takes to modify our point of attraction (and yes, we can do this with a bit of practice)
  • We cover tools that we often use, such as vision boards and affirmations… and why they don’t always yield the results we wish for (and what to do about it)
  • We learn how to be deliberate with our thoughts and our manifesting!

  • Welcome to the Think Blissful blog and podcast, where we simplify the law of attraction!
  • I named this episode Understanding Manifestation
  • But this episode is more about noticing your manifestations and then some
  • I was going to name this episode Early Signs Of Manifestation, or How To Tell When You’re Manifesting
  • That’s because so many of us believe that if we don’t see our manifestations quickly, it is not happening or it’s not working
  • That cannot be farther from reality and truth
  • It’s like planting a seed in the ground and expecting to see a plant the next day
  • We think our manifestations are not working largely due to a lack of understanding of the mechanics of the universe
  • So today we are going to gain an understanding so you can stop beating yourself up
  • Are you ready? Here we go!
  • The Very First Manifestation (emotions)
  • Yes, our emotions are manifested by our attention
  • They will grow from there, as long as we keep the vibrational essence
  • We know by the very emotions we manifested
  • So if it feels good, keep thinking thoughts that feel good and place your attention on things you like and want
  • If it does not feel good, that manifestation will grow as well… be sure to find better feeling thoughts!
